We at MODAE are here to support your health and wellness efforts by providing you with the best products we have to offer. To help us ensure you enjoy your experience, please take time to inspect your order upon receipt to confirm you have received your desired product(s).  If there are any issues with your product(s), see below for a list of our policies that will help guide you and address your needs. 

  • You have thirty (30) days from the time of receiving your product order to request a return or exchange.
  • You have five (5) business days from the time of receiving your product to report any damage or incorrect product delivery.
  • All requests and product issues will be evaluated and given full consideration for approval by our Quality Support Team.
  • For all requests, contact us at: support@modaewellness.com.  Include the following information:
    • Order Number
    • Details of your request
    • Photographs of damaged goods (if applicable)
  • Exchanges
    We accept returns and replace items if a product was sent incorrectly. It must be in its original packaging and unopened.
  • Damages
    If your product arrives damaged, please follow the instructions above and we are happy to replace it. 
  • Loss
    We may replace product(s) proven to be lost in shipment with proof of purchase receipt. 
  • Refunds
    Refund requests will be evaluated by our Quality Support Team. You will be notified whether your request is approved.  If approved, your cost of purchase will be refunded to your original payment method.

    Confirmations of refunds might vary depending on your financial institution or Credit Card provider.
